You are thinking of becoming a Choose to Move delivery partner – Amazing! Our team works with you to understand your community’s needs, establish clear expectations and roles, and determine how we can best support your organization to deliver Choose to Move.
The first thing we will do, is work with you and your team to develop a funding agreement between our organizations. This is an iterative process where we will work together to determine:
1. Number of programs you would like to deliver and how many participants you will reach
2. Key Adaptations
Adaptation Support
The support team will meet with you to identify adaptations needed for Choose to Move to meet your community’s needs, such as:
a. Delivering Choose to Move for ethnoculturally diverse communities
b. Removing barriers to participation (e.g. location, transporation)
c. Scheduling of program components
3. Funding Agreement and Timeline
The Society provides your organization with the funding required to plan for, and deliver Choose to Move in your community.

Once the funding agreement is finalized, you are set to prepare your team for delivery. The Society will arrange an introductory meeting with your team to discuss delivery preparation and program delivery and discuss ways in which we can best support your organization.
